Remarkably, as elegant as the Perrières indisputably is, the Chevalier is even more so with its ultra-classy, pure and refined aromatic profile that features floral, white fruit and wet stone aromas. The almost painfully intense and chiseled flavors reflect the purity of the nose and the purity of the palate is positively crystalline. The impeccably well-balanced and explosively long finish is a fitting end to this incredible effort that is among the very finest examples of the vintage. Magnificent.
